• We don’t accept refunds, but for exchanges please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

• Sale - No returns, exchanges or a refund on sale items (including flash/limited time promotions).

• Earrings - For hygiene reasons we are unable to accept earrings unless faulty.

Delivery and Returns: 

We offer several levels of delivery service and are normally able to deliver all items within 14 working days from receipt of your order, subject to customisation. If there is any difficulty with delivery, you will be notified as soon as possible.
